The B.A.S. superlight hydraulic power unit supplies all the tools in the LIBERVIT BLACKline and LIBERVIT DEFENSE ranges.
The B.A.S superlight power unit has been designed to be transported by hand, with a shoulder strap or on the back to ease transport in difficult access area and free the hands. A quick-release system has
been integrated to discard the power unit when carried on the back.
A dashboard protected by a removable flap provides access to the start-up switch as well as to the battery charge status indicator.
In order to protect the battery and increase autonomy, we have equipped the B.A.S. superlight hydraulic power unit with auto-shutdown technology, this technology allows the hydraulic power unit to
automatically switch off after 4 hours of non-activity. You can disable the auto-shutdown through the LIBERVIT Connected application (deactivatable Bluetooth).
The B.A.S. hydraulic unit has a 48V lithium Ion battery, giving an average autonomy of 120 minutes in tool action. The 100% recharge time for a fully discharged battery is 35 minutes.
The hydraulic unit is supplied as standard with a hand remote control, wired / wireless convertible, usable at 3 m distance in wired configuration and at 30 m distance in wireless configuration.
The use of wired or radio remote control makes it possible, in the event of a trapped door or an armed assailant, to activate the hydraulic power unit while maintaining an essential safety distance.
These remote controls have a battery charge status indicator. They have long-lasting rechargeable batteries and can be recharged by simply connecting the remote control to the hydraulic unit without
requiring a mains supply.
A 1.5 meters hydraulic hose is permanently stored in a dedicated compartment, just open it to extract the hose.
With the T360° technology developed by LIBERVIT, the B.A.S. superlight hydraulic unit can be used and stored in all positions, while retaining all of its performance.
To ease as much as possible our power unit preventive maintenance we have fitted them with a data transmission and reception system linked to a free application(LIBERVIT Connected) to be downloaded
from the Google play and HUAWEI stores. Each user will be able to check and perform simple diagnosis from his mobil phone (auto-shutdown adjustable & can be disabled).

In tight area or at heights it might be difficult to carry your power unit on your back and it cannot always be out on the ground. This is why we have developped two innovative fixing kits.
MAGNETIC KIT ref. KM/BSL - affix the B.A.S superlight by simply placing it on any metal surface, and use the power unit without it being carried by an operator or placed on
the ground, partition, vehicle body or heavy goods vehicle, bus, etc...

Removable and washable, the outer-shell of the B.A.S. superlight hydraulic unit is made of padded multilayer CORDURA (1100 Den), classified IP64 and fitted with YKK® water-repellent zippers. The Cordura®
a strong and resistant synthetic material is a patented invista brand. The fabric is highly resistant to wear, washes easily and dries quickly. The slightly rugged surface is easily recognizable. An ideal material for
extreme conditions. Clothing made of Cordura® are 3 times more resistant than classic nylon and 20 times stronger than cotton. Cordura® clothes are some of the toughest found on the market.
Thanks to reinforced polyacetal quick release buckles the B.A.S. superlight can be worn and / or used in different ways:

In order to simplify as much as possible the preventive maintenance part of our hydraulic power unit, the B.A.S. superlight is delivered in series with a data acquisition and transmission system allowing each user,
through their mobile phone, to make a complete diagnosis after downloading the free LIBERVIT CONNECTED application on the Google Play and Huawei platforms.
This diagnosis tells you among other things : the charge status of the battery or batteries, the number of charge / discharge cycles already carried out, the hydraulic oil level, proper engine operation, hydraulic
pressure, the manual and foot pedal remote controls working condition, the battery charger working condition, the effort from the tool used with the hydroelectric unit, as well as a great deal of essential information.
You can if you wish send by email directly from your phone the diagnostic report to our technical service so that we can interpret it and give you our point of view on the possible need to carry out a maintenance
operation, or help you through our hotline to solve a technical problem remotely.
The B.A.S. superlight hydraulic power unit is endowed with many new and exclusive innovations, we have selected the best components produced by the best European manufacturers.
If, however, despite the care taken in choosing all the electronic components on board the B.A.S. superlight hydraulic power unit, one of them should fail, this would in no way prevent operation and use in degraded
mode while still offering the maximum performance to carry out a mission.
The Bluetooth mode cannot be switched on unless you press for some time on the main activation switch. When not in use, the Bluetooth will deactivate after 3 minutes. GPS tracking is
not possible.
You have the possibility, if you wish, to send by email directly from your phone the diagnostic report to our technical service so that we can interpret it and give you our point of view on the possible need to carry
out a maintenance operation, or help you via our hotline to resolve a technical problem remotely.

The interactive radio remote wristband activates the B.A.S. hydraulic power unit from a distance (maximum range: 30 m). the tool’s effort in action in real time is
also visible on the screen. Its waterproof (IP64) touch screen indicates the radio signal, the battery level (10h autonomy in use) , the date and time. The wristband also
benefits from a red LED (added light – ON or OFF) and a USB-C port to charge it. You can check whether the auto-shutdown is activated or not. Activate or disable the

The B.A.S. superlight hydraulic unit, its battery charger, the manual radio remote can be packaged in a waterproof case. The
VDT/BSL transport case has high density black foam. An imprint of the tool or tools to be conditioned is made directly from the foam block, which
guarantees perfect wedging and total protection of the tools during transport or storage. We use PELICASE brand suitcases, which is a
guarantee of quality and longevity. Our suitcases meet the main military standards as well as those of air transport. They have wheels and a retractable carrying handle.
The VDT/BSL case is optional.
