RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, AND HIRING OF TEACHER 1 APPLICANTS


FOR SY 2025-2026

1. This is to announce to the field that the Schools Division of Cebu City is accepting
applications for Teacher 1 position for the elementary and secondary level, including
Senior High School for SY 2025-2026, in anticipation of the new Teacher items and/or
vacancies due to promotion/ resignation.

2. Applicants must register through the DepEd Cebu City Online System at
https://tinyurl.com/ApplicantRegistration0l from January 23 to 29, 2025. Upon
registration, applicants must encode their Personal Data Sheet (PDS). A Unique
Applicant Number (UAN) will be issued after submission, which must be indicated in all
application documents.

3. Applicants should submit their written application, with the UAN indicated, along with
photocopies of the pertinent documents listed in Enclosure 2, to the assigned HRMU
personnel at the Division Office lobby. Submission will take place from February 4 to
21, 2025, between 1:30 P.M. and 4:30 P.M.

4. Remaining applicants in the current CAR-RQA who were not appointed in the current
school year, including those who did not meet the cut-off score, shall be given an option
to carry over their CAR-RQA scores and/or update their credentials without having to
undergo the entire hiring process for the next school year; provided, they submit a Letter
of Intent to participate in the succeeding hiring process.
