Design fee Rs.

Shez Associates will provide architecture design services against the design fee by
client.

Total project’s design fee includes 4 site visits.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
1. Mobilization Fee Architectural Field Work
(50% of the total fee) (Before start of design work)
Initial data collection of site and visit
to prepare proposal drawings.
2. At approval of design Handing over the final proposal
proposals drawings according to site
(25% of the total fee) requirements i-e
Front Elevation
Side Elevations
Back elevation
Boundary walls
Ground Floor Plan
First Floor Plan
3. Architectural Architectural construction

During execution of construction work the owner will arrange


consultant’s site visit other then four site visits included in the
project’s consultancy fee. The client will be charged for any
changes in design, and for additional drawings, after the approval
from the client. The client will be charged 25000/- rupees per
visit which will be in addition to the visits included in fee.

Shez Associates will provide all the above services and client
will be liable to pay total design fee accordingly within one year
time period after signing this contract document.

The fee is not for the stages mentioned above, but for the total
design work. The installments are only to facilitate the client.
If client reduces some services or number of drawings, he still has
to pay the consultants fee after signing this document.

Consultant is bound to provide all the detailed drawings according


to the schedule to finish the project.
