PROBATION PERIOD:
You are on a probationary period during the first six (06) months
(from the date of Emirates I.D issued of your Employment.
During this period, your conduct demeanor, abilities and performance will be
monitored and evaluated by the company.
If you fail your activities, you will terminated by providing 14 days written
notice.
NOTICE PERIOD:
You should serve a 30 - Days notice period you should terminate the contract
ater the probation period.
LOCATION TRANSFER:
AL TARMES TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C. May transfer you from one location
to another if any fail of your trial working period.
This includes Onshore, Offshore, Island in the United Arab Emirates.
TERMINATION:
AL TARMES TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C shall terminate the contract if you
are absent for over 15 consecutive days in One (01) year without a legitimate
reason or on the violance of Article 44.
