POSITION: (DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / PROJECT COORDINATOR)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Using of ACONEX Electronic Server and Microsoft Outlook Application for sharing Documents
related to the project.
• Assisted the project teams during internal and external audits of the project
• Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements.
• Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts, style, pagination, and numbering, as well
asother activities required to achieve a client's documentation requirements.
• Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Riyadh Metro Standard
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office in safe custody without
damage or deterioration and with easy traceability.
• Preparing Monthly invoices and monthly reports for submission.
• Letters, RFIs, MOM, Procedures, work instructions, and checklists transmitted to Consultant and
Client.
• Collect, update, prepare, and comply with daily reports of Site Engineers and supervisors for
progress and manpower.
• Control of soft and hard copies of the documents for generation through amendments to
eventualarchiving.
• Created various document registers in Excel. Track and alert the overdue documents with the
concerned Heads / Departments.
• Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements.
• Received, issued, logs, updated, and keeping of all the project-related documentation
i.e., Drawings, Specifications, Datasheets, Design calculations, etc.

• Supporting all the departments in various document processes in Aconex.


• Day-to-day liaison with Engineering and Project Document controllers to ensure efficient and
effective control of all project documentation from any source, either internally or externally.
• Control ACONEX (Electronic Documentation) to ensure the status of all Technical Documents until
they are approved and controlled, filing/archiving Correspondence, Drawings and Technical
Documents, Invoices and Performa Invoices, Technical and Commercial Proposals, Pre-
Qualification, and other company official non-technical documents.
• Input analyzed and reported on data covering all aspects of procurement operations.
• Evaluated internal needs and developed plans for maintaining optimal supply levels.
• Set up and negotiated contracts to obtain favorable pricing and delivery structures.
• Reviewed files, records, and other documents to obtain business information and key data to
respond to development requests.
