of problem automatically. In this we have data source like Trouble Ticket, work order ticket, Pre
change request ticket Alarm and Events. We can use this for any kind of telecom platforms. In
this we have latest features like automatically creating workflows and closing the ticket once it is
resolved as per the created rules.
