Action Plan for Compliance with NEOM Temporary Power Generation
Requirements
Objective
To ensure full compliance of our project’s temporary power generation setup with
NEOM’s environmental standards, with a focus on:
• Energy Demand Management: Reducing overall energy consumption.
• Emissions Control: Meeting NEOM’s strict emission standards.
• Noise Management: Minimizing generator noise to stay within regulatory
limits.
• Renewable Energy Integration: Ensuring at least 40% of power generation
from renewable sources.
1 Compliance Preparation & Review (Immediate - Mid-November 2024)
Conduct a review of NEOM’s requirements and assess
Objective
generator specifications to create a compliance strategy.
1. Review NEOM standards (Document NEV-EMR-
601_01.00).
2. Gather data on generator emissions, fuel type, power, and
Actions
noise levels.
3. Identify any gaps for upgrades.
4. Set compliance SMART goals.
