Enjoy wordplay, anagramming or going off Tangents into
rabbit holes of Aesthetic words?
Then this event is tailor-made for you.
From Spoonerism to Word Ladders, the literary quizzes to
cryptic crosswords, we’ve got you covered. Don’t worry,
we also give you hints.
Entries are accepted in Pairs or Groups of 3.
There will be 3 rounds in the event:
Rules:
Single participation and entries in pairs: both
accepted.
Basis of narrative will be provided on the spot.
It will be in pen-paper mode.
No-Word limit.
Judging criteria: Creativity,wit & amp; Catharsis.
(A bit of Grammar and Vocabulary obviously)
Time limit will be declared on the spot.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Digital devices (like mobile phones) will not be
allowed during the event.
Online registration is compulsory for each
participant.

Team Composition
Team Name
3. The team name must be unique and should not
resemble any institute or organization name.
Idea Submission
4. Teams can pitch only one idea during the event.
5. The idea must be original, innovative, and viable
in terms of business potential. Plagiarized or
previously patented ideas will not be accepted.
6.There will be a Q/A session after your
presentation by the judges(Around 2 min).

Rounds
This event comprises three
Rounds:
Round 1:
Blind coding:
In this round the participant will be provided single
programming problem and you have to write the
code, while the monitor is turned off. This round will
be of 15 minutes. Judgement will be taken on the
basis of time taken.Participant with the correct
solution will be selected and will go in next round.
Round 2:
In this round, Participant will be given one written
program but there will be multiple bugs in each
program causing error in the output. Participants
have to fix the programs. This round will be of 30
minutes. Judgement will be taken on the basis of
time taken. Shortlisted participants of this round will
go in next round.
Round 3:
In this round, a complex problem will be given to the
participants shortlisted from round
2.Partipants will have to make a program by using any
programming language .This round will be of 45
minutes. Judgement will be taken on the basis of time
taken as well as desired output must obtain.
Don’t’s
No Plagiarism: Do not copy solutions from others or
online sources.
No External help: Strictly no collaboration or
assistance.
No Electronic Gadget: Avoid the use of mobile
phones, smartwatches or any unauthorized
gadgets.
No unfair means: Any cheating will lead to
immediate disqualification.
No disruptive behavior: Maintain silence and avoid
disturbing others.
No re-submissions: Once the round ends,
submissions cannot be edited or resubmitted.
Do not disregard contest time: Submission past the
deadline will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
No retries on failed submissions: You cannot attempt
questions more than once if submission fails.
No arguing with proctors or staff: Their decisions during
the contest are final.
Do not leave the venue: Leaving the contest area
during the competition is not allowed.
Follow time limits: Adhere strictly to the given time for
each round.
No browsing external websites: Unless permitted, avoid
accessing sites other than the contest platform.
No late entries: Participants arriving after the start will
not be allowed in.
Additional Guidelines
1. The teams must adhere to the spirit of healthy
competition.
2. Judges reserve the right to disqualify any
participant indulged in misbehavior.

identity card from their respective educational
institutes

misleading statements about their solution.
8. Any attempt to disrupt or interfere with the
hackathon will result in disqualification.
A participant can only be a member of one team.
If found in multiple teams, the participant and
associated teams will be disqualified.
Presentation Rules
10. Team members’ names must not appear in the
PowerPoint presentation or any related material.
Violation will lead to disqualification.
11. Presentations must be submitted in .ppt format
only. Submissions in any other format will be
disqualified.
12. The PowerPoint file size must not exceed 2 MB,
Do a Size reduction before hand (Canva links over
mail are allowed)

Rules & Guidelines for
PRESENTATION
1.Maximum of 2 speakers per team is allowed to
present the PPT. It is to be noted that speakers shall
be part of the same team only.
2.No usage of Props , Act or any kind of informal stunts
allowed.
3. Usage of foul or abusive language is strictly prohibited.
4.PPT slides should be maximum of 10 slides only . Teams
are requested to abide by the rules of the round.
5.Decision of the judges is final.

13.The evaluation will be based on:
Originality: How unique and innovative the idea is.
Feasibility: The practicality of implementing the
idea.
• Impact: The potential benefits and value of the idea.
Clarity: How well the idea is explained in the
presentation.

collaboration and innovation.

Team Composition
1. Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members. Single
participation is allowed.
2. Teams can include members from different colleges

3. Students from various branches and disciplines are
encouraged to form teams.

5. This is racing event so fastest and most balanced
robot will win.
6. No test practice will be allowed on arena.
7. The competition is based on time trail system.
8. Robots must travel on the specified path provided
in arena.
9.Student’s must bring their own Arduino based built
projects.
10. Project must be in working condition.

A4 sheets will be provided.
Topic: Atmanirbhar Bharat.
Assessment based on depiction of theme; explanation of your
creation may be asked.
Limitations: Use of A4 sheet (to be folded).
PHOTOGRAPHY
The photograph should depict the theme (will be disclosed on
the spot).
Only one entry is allowed per photographer.
The photograph must be original and have no watermark of
any kind.
Participants may submit color and/or black and white
photographs taken up to one year before the competition
(February 14th, 2025).
The photograph must be of the highest resolution possible.
It can be in Landscape/Portrait mode.
Photographs that have been digitally altered beyond standard
optimization (removal of dust, cropping, reasonable
adjustments to exposure, color, and contrast, etc.) will be
disqualified.
Adult content of any kind will not be entertained and will lead
to direct disqualification.
Students can email their entry with their name, roll number,
phone number, and college name to [email protected]
before February 13, 2025.
T-SHIRT
PAINTING
This is a team event and each team must comprise of two
participants.
Only plain white T-shirts with a minimum of ‘M’ size are
allowed. T-shirts will be provided by the college.
Participants shall bring their own materials like fabric or
acrylic paints, glitters, brushes, mixing plate, pencil, pen, and
eraser.
Use of any other materials or ready-made stickers is strictly
prohibited.
Participants shall not be allowed to use any photographs for
reference.
Mobile phones or any other electronic devices shall not be
allowed during the competition.
Any sort of tracing or copying is not allowed.
The artwork should be relevant to the theme, which will be
given on the spot.
The duration of the competition shall be 2 hours.
The decision of the judges shall be final and abiding.
