Instructional Objective The participant will design a human capital training course considering a minimum teaching time of 20 hours of instruction, as well as its evaluation
instruments and teaching materials, adhering to the provisions of the EC00049 competency standard “Design of Face-to-Face Training Courses,
their Evaluation Instruments and Teaching Materials” to request their evaluation as a training course designer. (C-5)
Assigned Resources The instructor requests a projector, projection screen, audio equipment, flipchart, 40 flipchart sheets, blackboard, 20 regular markers of various
colors and 3 blackboard markers, eraser, white sheets or notepad per participant, pencils (per participant), auditorium-type classroom, cardboard
personalizers (per participant), coffee break service, and computer support for electronic distribution of material. It is essential that participants
bring a laptop and course material.
