Task Description: fire alarm system isolation been scheduled on 25th Jan 2025 to 30th Jan 2025 at DIFC Fund center

Tenant Location:
- The isolation to affect only the particular FACP of the unit and other tenants shall not be affected
by the task during business hours.
- Works to be done by BMTS & ensure proper coordination for successful process.
Affected Tenant(s):
- MSRA should be implemented accordingly with competent supervision.
Fire warden to monitor the site during the period when both systems are in isolation.
Important Notes:
1. For isolation/connection of life safety systems, the contractor must submit this form to FOSP prior to the starting date of
the planned works (three (3) working days for all requests, except for electrical connection/disconnection which needs
to be submitted five (5) working days prior to planned date).
2. If the Tenant is operating from the leased premises during the period of fit-out works (Type C Major/Minor fit-out), the
Tenant’s Contractor confirms that the requirement of service isolation/connection has been coordinated with and
approved by the Tenant.
3. For hot works, excavation, entry into confined space, work at height, crane hoist operation and work on or near
unprotected energized system/equipment, the contractor must submit this form to FOSP two (2) working days prior to
starting the planned works.
