-Cartoons have long been a powerful way to tell stories, express ideas, and critique
events. In the context of WWI, cartoons were used in newspapers and magazines to
convey propaganda, portray the struggles of soldiers, and even bring humor to the
hardships of war.

-For this project, you will create a cartoon that captures an important incident, event, or
aftermath of WWI, write a paragraph (150 words) about the war cartoon.

-This narrative approach allows us to connect with the emotions, struggles, and
decisions of the people of the time.

Instructions-

1- Select a topic: Choose a specific incident or event related to WWI (eg: Trench
warfare, The Christmas Truce, The Treaty Of Versailles, technological
advancement, or life on the home front).

2- Decide whose Perspective your cartoon will represent (eg, soldier, a civilian, a
leader..)

3- Think about the message or story you want to convey.


4- Sketch your Cartoon picture, ensure it reflects historical accuracy .
5- Write a paragraph (150 words) about the war cartoon, explain the historical
significance of your cartoon picture.
