MAINTENANCE PLAN

A maintenance plan is a set of scheduled maintenance tasks,

grouped or not according to some type of criteria, and which
includes
a series of plant equipment, which is usually not all of them.
There is a whole set of equipment that is considered
unmaintainable
from a preventive point of view, and in which it is much more
economical to apply a purely corrective policy.
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

It is a high-performance cargo motorcycle designed for transport use, with very

sophisticated
driving characteristics.
They are usually street motorcycles with a better power-to-weight ratio, this is achieved
with high-displacement
engines and lightweight materials.

Step 8: Choose the type of
maintenance plan you are going to
apply

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
• This maintenance is the most common and is carried out to avoid
damage to the motorcycle components. Thanks to this, we can
keep the parts and especially the engine in optimal conditions. This
maintenance can be carried out every month or every 15 days,
depending on the use given to the motorcycle, since not everyone
uses it in the same way.
PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE
• This maintenance, although not used very often, will allow us to
know the condition of each of the materials that make up the
motorcycle, and will give us an idea of when each part needs
CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE or MODIFICATION MAINTENANCE.
