Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling, coordination, and execution of service and
installation activities for our CCTV systems, Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, VoIP telephone services, and
broadband services. This role is critical in ensuring that our service operations run smoothly and efficiently,
delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments with clients and technical teams.

• Monitor and manage service requests, ensuring timely and efficient responses.

• Communicate with clients to confirm service details, provide updates, and handle any inquiries or
issues.

• Collaborate with the technical team to allocate resources and manage workloads effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and inventory usage.

• Prepare and update service reports, ensuring that all service work is documented and tracked.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during service operations.

• Assist in resolving any service-related challenges and escalating issues as necessary.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and materials required for service jobs.

• Support the sales team by providing service-related insights and assistance in after-sales support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a service coordination or similar role, preferably in the security,


telecommunications, or technology sectors.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with service management software or CRM systems.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing service challenges.
