{error_message: This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to use this API key.
Request received from IP address 182.186.205.181, with empty referer, results: [], status: REQUEST_DENIED}
Steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check API Key Restrictions:
○ Go to your Google Cloud Console. ○ Navigate to APIs & Services > Credentials. ○ Find your API key and click on it. ○ Under Key restrictions, check if there are any restrictions set for: ■ IP addresses: If the key is restricted to certain IP addresses, you need to ensure that the IP address of your mobile device or emulator is allowed. You can either add your IP to the list or remove the IP restriction entirely (if you're in development). ■ Referrers: If the key is restricted to certain web referrers (like specific domains), you might need to add the domain or remove the restriction. ■ Application restrictions: If you're calling from a mobile app, ensure that the API key is authorized for mobile applications or any platform you're using. 2. Remove Restrictions Temporarily: ○ For testing purposes, remove any restrictions on the API key and see if the request works. If it does, then you know the issue is with the restrictions. 3. Verify API is Enabled: ○ Ensure that the Geocoding API is enabled in your Google Cloud project. Go to APIs & Services > Library, search for Geocoding API, and make sure it's enabled. 4. Check Usage Limits: ○ Ensure that your API key has not exceeded the daily usage limits. In the Google Cloud Console, under APIs & Services > Dashboard, you can check the usage of your API.
