Rules and Regulations


1. Each participating college/institute can depute one team each in the above-mentioned languages.
2. The total duration of performance is minimum 3and maximum 5minutes. Thc computation of
time shallstart immediately after the final announcement by the organizer
3. First student debater will speak "FOR" the proposition and the second student debater will speak
"AGAINST the proposition.
4. The team has to present their proposition in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi languagesonly.
5. Participants must wear Indian traditional attire for the performance.
6. The participating team can participate in more than one language. However, team members must
present in same language.
7. Using foul orindecent language is strictly prohibited.
8. The Event will not be based on argumentative approach.
9. The performances of both team members will be evaluated individually.
10. Judging Criteria:Content, Clarity of Speech, Pronunciation, Voice Modulation, Body language.
Expression, and Overall Prescntation ctc.
11. Decision of the judges will be final and abiding.
