OFFER LETTER

10 Mar 2023

Dear Chaithra TR,

On behalf of the team GIANPOL, I congratulate you and am pleased to offer an opportunity to contribute
your expertise, through GIANPOL in the position of “Team Leader”, probation, starting on 15 March
2023. In that position, you will report to HRBL (Human Resource and Business Leadership), Garima
Singh.

During your contribution to the team, you will be paid an annual income of INR 1,09,080/- (monthly INR
9,090/-).
Monthly:
10 Feb
Basic - 2000/-
Family support allowance - 1000/-

2023
Continuous learning allowance - 1000/-
Performance allowance - 4000/-
Communication allowance - 1000/-
Joy of Giving allowance - 90/-

Your income will be paid monthly in accordance with the company’s regular payroll process, and subject
to applicable tax and other withholdings (not applicable for now). You will not be eligible for any
overtime pay. This position is a full-time position and your regular income will be prorated based on a 6
day work week.

Quarterly Reviews: At team GIANPOL, we love to see you grow. Your growth being a consequence of
the company's growth, we encourage continuous learning culture and continuous improved performance
of individuals and the team. You would have quarterly reviews for the first year. Through quarterly
reviews, we would work out your contributions to see the possibilities of growth and the areas for
learning and development.

Probation: Being an experienced team member, your probation starts from the day of your joining.
Probation period is usually one year.

Roles and Responsibilities: Please refer to annexure one.

Your Office Location: This is a work from home opportunity.


Communications: Your role involves a lot of coordination with the Customers and internal team
members, including photographers in Australia, editors and QA team all the time. You would be
extensively using email, txt and calls for communication to Customers and with all your team members.

Working Hours: Your usual working timings are 9 AM to 6 PM (AEST), Monday to Saturday. Your
position is a highly RESPONSIBLE and a LEADERSHIP position. The above working hours specified
are general guidelines only. We expect you to take the responsibility and hold accountable for all the
performance based activities at all times.

Meetings: To be always in line with the growth path, towards our MISSION, we have regular meetings.
Daily - When required
Weekly - 11AM (IST), Wednesday
Other trainings - Will be informed separately
Quarterly - TBD.
Yearly - TBD.

Home Office Requirements: You will be given an Australian SIM for official use. You will use your
own laptop, one smartphone for official use and need a good speed internet connection for you to perform
your responsibilities well. We expect that you have a positive working atmosphere in your home
including from other family members who indirectly become a part of this MISSION through supporting
you for your MISSION.

Attending Official Calls: To show an attitude of commitment to our MISSION and to our Clients, all
calls must be answered in the first ring of the phone, at all times. All text messages need to be responded
within the 1st minute.

Commitment: As discussed during the initial discussion, this is a MISSION-based role and everyone
who decides to join our team would be contributing their expertise for this MISSION. This is a huge
ATTITUDE of COMMITMENT from every team member to come together to make this MISSION
possible.

Training & Learning: As a culture of growth, our team GIANPOL is committed to lifelong learning and
demonstrates the qualities of a good student for our continuous growth.

Company Holidays: Because GIANPOL is an Australian-based company, as a guidelines, we follow


holidays as per the local regions in Australia. However, because you are working from home from India,
you are eligible to take partial holidays based on your local festivals keeping in mind the
responsibilities of your position. Advance communication with the team is crucial. You need to arrange
alternate responsible persons within your team during your absence.
Casual leave: You are eligible to take partial leave based on your situations, keeping in mind the
responsibilities of your position. Advance communication with the team is crucial during your absence.
You need to arrange alternate responsible persons within your team during your absence.

Sick leave: You are allowed to take sick leave, due to your unavoidable health conditions. Keeping in
mind the responsibilities of your position, you need to arrange alternate responsible persons within your
team during your absence.

Additional Agreements: As a condition of your service, you agree to execute any additional agreements
required by the Company during your service. This includes any agreements that relate to your
confidentiality or intellectual property assignment obligations to the Company. You further agree that at
all times during your service (and afterwards as applicable), you will be bound by, and will fully comply
with, these additional agreements.

Contingencies: This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of any background or reference
checks requested by the Company. For purposes of security, you will be required to provide to the
Company documentary evidence of your identity, education and experience. We also need references of
two people, with their contact details who are in responsible positions in any organisation.

Such documentation must be provided to us within three business days following the start of your service,
or our service relationship with you may be terminated.

Additional Terms and Conditions of Offer: NIL

This offer of joining our team will expire on 15 March 2023, if not accepted before the joining date.

Role Description

You will have an attitude of helping clients with their growth in various everyday business activities,
through the internal team of experts to achieve our MISSION. You will deliver five-star quality services on

Role

1. Understand customer requirements thoroughly and acknowledge their orders.


2. Liaise with internal photographers regarding everyday projects and execute the projects.
3. Liaise with the internal and external editing teams to execute and complete everyday projects
on or before time.
4. Communicate the progress of the orders to the clients in advance wherever necessary.
5. Get feedback from Customers to make sure that they received the final outcome as per their
expectations.
6. Any modifications requested from the customer are to be immediately acknowledged and
executed within reasonable time limits.
