LOGGING IN
In the coming days you will receive an email from underarmour.credit360.com. The email alert will
contain the link to the web site & your username.
1) Click the link to underarmour.credit360.com.

2) Accept cookies.

3) Enter your user name (in welcome email alert)

4) Select ‘First login? Set a password on a new account’

You will receive another email alert with a password reset link. This link will only be usable for
60 minutes. After which, the link expires and you will need to repeat the above steps to
request a new password reset email.

5) Once your password is set, click ‘Login


SETTING UP AND MANAGING USERS
USER TYPES
• Company ‘Administrator’ – these are users who will manage the profile and
assessments. We recommend having 2 – 3 admin users are most.
• Company ‘User – these are users who need visibility, but are not responsible for
managing the profile.

SETTING UP USERS
1) In the Supply Chain page, select the “Users” tab
2) Select the “Add user” option

3) Fill out the “Full name,” “E-mail”, and “Friendly name” fields.
4) Click Save
ADMIN USERS
1) In the Supply Chain page, select the “Users” tab
2) Select the user you want to make an Admin, and select the “Edit details” option

3) Select the “Make an administrator” option.


4) Click Save
DEACTIVATING USERS
1) In the Supply Chain page, select the “Users” tab
2) Select the user you want to deactivate, and select the “Edit details” option

3) Uncheck the “User account is active” option.


4) Click Save
EDITING PROFILE DETAILS
The landing page for factory users is the Company Details tab, which has all the information related
to the factory.

To make edits:

1) In the Supply Chain page,


select the “Company Details” tab

2) Select the “Edit details” option

3) Make edits in the free text


fields.

Please note some fields are not


editable. You can contact
[email protected] if you
would like to change information
that is uneditable.

4) Click Save details


MANAGING ASSESSMENTS
This is where you can see the overview of all the assessments associated with your factory.

To access your assessments:

1) In the Supply Chain page, select the “Assessments” tab


2) Click the assessment label you want to manage

ASSESSMENTS AND REMEDIATION


This is where you will manage the assessment from audit notification to remediation.

RECEIVING THE AUDIT NOTIFICATION


Factory Name
You will receive an email
whenever an audit is
scheduled at your factory
that has an audit window
and a link to the audit in
cr360.

1) Click the link


ACCEPTING THE AUDIT
To start the audit process, you must “accept” the audit.

To accept the audit:

1) Click into the Assessment page (either via the link in the assessment notification, or
Assessments tab)
2) Click the “Accept” option

FILLING OUT THE SURVEYS


Before the auditors arrive on site, please fill out the 3 surveys located in the Survey tab.

1) Click the Surveys tab

2) Click the link to each survey and fill out the survey, clicking “submit” button at the end of
each survey
ACCESSING THE AUDIT RESULTS
Once the audit is completed, you will receive an email notification with the audit link.

To access the findings, click the Findings tab

REMEDIATION
For each finding that is raised, there will be Immediate and Sustainable Improvement actions
required.

To access these actions and to record remediation progress:

1) Click the Actions tab


2) Click on the action you want to update.

3) Enter the comment and attach relevant files.


4) Click save
5) Click respond and resolve
CHANGING PROFILES
If you are a user for multiple facilities, you may need to change profiles to manage the different
facilities. To do this:

1) Click the “here” link underneath the “Logged in as - [facility name]” section in the Supply
Chain management tab.

2) Select the other company you wish to log in as in the dropdown view.
