and skimmed milk for breakfast followed by options given for lunch
and dinner.

Self Treatment

Self- care steps that may be helpful in some less- serious cases:

 Take frequent breaks from tasks, to rest the hand


 Vitamin supplements to manage vitamin deficiency
 Avoid/quit smoking
 Have healthy meals
 Massage your hands and feet, or have someone massage them for
you
 Avoid prolonged pressure. Don't keep your knees crossed or lean on
your elbows for long periods of time
 Develop an exercise program that works for you to maintain your
optimum fitness

See a doctor if you notice:
