3.When two actions happened in the past, the first action must be in the ‘Past Perfect’ (had+ V3)
and the second action in the ‘Simple Past’ (V2)

6.Subject + had + V3……………. before + Subject + V2
7.It’s time/It’s high time/It’s about time + Subject + V2
