Answering and questions for call center:

1. Tell me about yourself.


I have no experience for working in a company, but I can learn
fastly and contribute ideas, I like work as a team, I have habilite
for solving issues with ease and agility, I got the excellent profile
of than you're looking
2. Why do you want to work in a call center?
Well, I like working with people, it keeps me active and dynamic,
and that's why I appreciate an environment where I can learn and
growing professionally
3. Do you have any work experience?
No, I have no experience but I may learn fastly and under work
pressure
4. How do you handle a difficult customer?
I listen actively, stay calm and apologize, then explain possible
solutions and look for the best alternative to resolve the situation.
5. What would you do if you don’t know the answer to a
customer’s question?
If I can't resolve the issue, I'm gonna ask for help and disposable
resources and keep the client informed while I resolve their
situation
6. How do you handle stress?
Highlighting focus and calmness shows emotional control.
7. What motivates you to work hard?
I’m motivated by personal growth, team success and delivering
excellent costumer services
8. What are your strengths?
I have strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm

My biggest weakness is my inability to say no people. I am bit of
people-pleaser, and I tend to say yes to everything without first
considering my capacity to help or take on extra duties. Having
said that, i’m trying to be more mindful in situations like these I’m

Yeah, I stay calm and down focus on resolving issues effectively

I believe you should hire me because I already have the right
skills , qualities and drive to match the job description. You should
hire because I am very quick learner, I will make you sure ai fit
into your team and start achieving straight away. You should me
hire me because I’m flexible, I will do tasks that are outside of my
job description, and I will be available to work extra hours if
needed to help out the business, finally you should hire me
because I’m commercially focused. This means I will be positive
role model when representing the company brand, and I will look
for ways to help you business grow financially, whilst at the same
time being frugal with resources and supplies to help the
company save money

I knew your company in 2020 when I was studying in a program
of English for call center by part of Carcip
14. What are your salary expectations?
I’m open to discussing a fair compensation based on industry
standards and my skills

I’m comfortable working independently but also enjoy
collaboration with a team for better results

I would listen actively acknowledge their frustration

The company I work for is really important to me, We spend a lot
of time at work, And I genuinely what that time to be put to good
use in a role doing and for a a company that wants to be the
marker leader. In five years, I still plans working for u. I envisage
having developed considerably by undertaking training courses
and by learning new skills on the job. In five years from now, I
would also want to be a respected, trusted and high performing
member of the team and perhaps even have gained
advancement to a more senior level. Essentially I want to build a
