Glucose is a major carbohydrate present in the blood and serves as primary source of energy. It is usually obtained
from ingested starch and sugar. The glucose concentration is normally maintained at constant level. Blood glucose
estimations are generally carried out for the diagnosis and follow up of diabetes mellitus.

Glucose : Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus can lead to presence of glucose in urine. Other causes
