1. How these people play their role in the development of gymnastic?
The great contributors play important role in the development of gymnastic
play because of without their contributions the gymnastic will not be known. And
because of its gives value and important why we should engage gymnastic as
part of our flexibility exercise. Every contributors should value their contributions
on development of gymnastic without them gymnastic now is not part of sport
activity nor as exercise also, and because them until now gymnastic still teach in
private and public schools, as aforementioned that one of the book of contributor
wrote, until now it become a manual for physical education for teacher in several
country, so that contributors plays important role in development of gymnastic.
2. What is the importance of gymnastic?
The importance of gymnastic is able to build good overall body strength.
As gymnastics is a set of physical activities strength along with stamina, agility,
and endurance and coordination as well as balance. Not only this establish a
good physical performance but also, help to build social and cognitive skills. This
was important for us because gymnastics improved our muscle and hands
coordination’s also it establish a good posture wherein is important of gymnastic
and indeed in human being. So that the aforementioned is the importance of
gymnastic and why gymnastic is need to be part of our exercise routine.
3. Do you think engaging to gymnastics can promote health and fitness? Why?
Engaging to gymnastic can promote and fitness, in connection to my
answers on question in number two as aforementioned that gymnastic should we
able to engage such activity. Aside on that, there are a lot of benefit nor help us
to promote health and fitness, such in disease prevention- reduce the risk of
developing health related diseases such as cancer, obesity, heart disease and
diabetes, also increased flexibility, improve motor skill and development and
accelerates, improve coordination’s, discipline, and to improve our strength, so
that we should engage gymnastic to help us to promote our health and fitness.
