Description

All foreign students who have good informatics training or

completed CS1 and CS2 can join this contest that opens admission
to NUS SoC.
The Bebras challenge is designed to help students explore their
talents and passion for informatics and computational thinking
with engaging challenges. The tasks can all be completed without
any preparation or studying. Students from 6 to 18 years old work
through a set of tasks that focus on different topics and skills
within informatics and computational thinking.

The SMGF is a global platform for top young mathematicians to

showcase their talents in applying critical thinking and reasoning
skills to solve complex, real-world problems to determine who are
the best Math students globally.

Created in 2006, SASMO is one of largest math contests in Asia. SASMO

contests aim to stretch the untapped thinking potential of the student
population, their participation in SASMO will help them improve in
school mathematics as well as higher order thinking skills (HOTS).

Invited by NUS
Singapore Junior Science Olympiad (SJSO) is held annually around
the globe. It focuses on the student’s ability to think critically and
creatively to pick out hidden information to aid them in solving the
question. Previously known as VANDA NJSO)

SJIO seeks expand on the Computational Thinking skills acquired

from BEBRAS and help them pick up the finer points of
programming, solution focus and be action oriented which is not
merely writing a piece of code but involve useful algorithmic
techniques and problem-solving skills as well as Scratch and Block
Programming.

The event is organized by the Singapore International Children's

Media (SICM) under the auspices of the International Ministry of
Youth Leadership (SINGAPORE), co-organized by the Federation of
Arts Society Singapore (FASS)and the Youth Century International
Arts Education Centre (YCAC), an international youth art
competition that will bring together more than 100 international
institutions and 200 leading artists from over 40 countries around
the world.

STEAM International Tournament (SIT) Awards recognisie STEAM

talent and provide a good platform to help students who have
invested time to develoip their STEAM skills to use these awards to
apply for the opportunities open in STEAM - scholarships, camps,
and workshops to develop STEAM talent. Best of all, SIT is free to
all contestants joining SIMCC competitions.
Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC) is the
top global mathematics contest where top talents from 45
countries compete and learn from each other as a team with
Individual and team recognition awards up for grabs. You work as
a team playing mathematical games and solving puzzles. Students
are grouped with others speaking different languages. This
challenges emotional development, dealing with winning or losing,
and social development learning interaction with others and
meeting for the first time. Sixty Global Math Olympiad
Scholarships (GMOS) awarded.

CS 0, 1 and 2 are undergrauate courses from the National

University of Singapore (NUS). It is offered ss an online course
Workshop and contest. Certificates and medals are offered to
winners of the CS 0, 1 and 2 contest by NUS.

CS1 is the prep course for NOI. Contestants can sign up for 2 CS0,
CS1, or CS2 courses, but they can only take 1 contest on July 27,
2025. A reason to take CS1 and CS2 is that you can use the course
materials to prepare for NOI until March of the following year.

CS2 is the prep course for NOI. Contestants can sign up for 2 CS0,

A 60 to 75 minute maths competition for Grades 3 to 12.

Australia’s longest running, largest and most well known maths
competition. Offered to SIMCC Singapore contestants so they can
have good credentials to apply for admission to best-fit Australian
universities.
Mustang Math [MM] is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of
committed high school and college volunteers who are dedicated
to promoting a spirit of collaboration among middle school
students around the world and piquing their curiosity in
mathematics. The MMT Directors run Stanford Math Tournament
and Berkeley Math Tournament. All GMOS and top 3 SASMO
winners from each country are awarded SLSP Scholarships to
compete. All Silver and above AMO, SASMO, SMGF winners are
invited to compete. Grades 4 to 8. SIMCC has global rights outside
of USA only and hence cannot invite USA students to join.

We are a team of dedicated mathematics educators who want to

help students and teachers from all over the world to improve in
math education. Singapore started with a very poor education
base after independence from the British in 1965 and by 1980, we
were at the rock bottom of world education rankings. SMC is a
global assessment to provide summative assessment data for
schools run at very low costs with minimal control from SIMCC.
SMC 2025 will come with an optional Learning Management
System (LMS) at an affordable rate.

The Singapore Junior Cybersecurity Olympiad is designed to

introduce young people to the technologies and knowledge they
need to become the next generation of cyber professionals. With a
certificate accredited by the National Cybersecurity R&D Lab (NCL)
and the Centre for Nurturing Computing Excellence (CeNCE), both
hosted at the School of Computing, NUS. The NJCO’s outstanding
students will have the recognition to pursue their futures at the
world's best universities.
The American Mathematics Olympiad (AMO), developed in
partnership with Southern Illinois University and SIMCC, is
dedicated to providing enhanced STEM/STEAM opportunities for
students worldwide. Since its launch in 2022, the AMO has
experienced remarkable growth, with initial enrollment of 18,000
participants expanding to 37,000 contestants from 35 countries,
spanning grades 2 through 12. This growth reflects the dedication
of all participants and the promising potential of the AMO. We are
thrilled to announce that this year, the top two global grade 11/12
contestants with the highest combined AMO 2023 scores and IJHS
Scholarship Points, from a top 10 SIMCC Country Council Partner,
will each be awarded a US$28,000 Tuition Scholarship. This
scholarship provides an exciting opportunity to attend Southern
Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) in the Fall 2025 semester. As
the AMO continues to grow, we look forward to offering additional
scholarships and work-study opportunities at SIUC for SIMCC
contestants.
