IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mode of application:
Candidates must apply ONLINE only through the school’s website, www.apsmiransahib.in. No other mode of
application submission is available. The application form, duly filled out along with photocopies of self-attested
qualification documents and experience certificates, is to be submitted to the school office during working hours
only on working days, from 0900 to 1500 hrs from 03/02/2025 to 16/02/2025
Appendix I of the detailed advertisement, available on the school’s website, www.apsmiransahib.in, provides
detailed instructions for filling out the "Online Application Form."

7. Age Criteria:
As on 01 April of the year of Appointment, the age of the candidate should be:

(a) Fresh candidates (No Experience): Below 40 years.


(b) Experienced candidates (incl ESM): Below 57 years

Note. To avail the age relaxation between 40 and 57 years, 5 years’ experience should be in the
appropriate category in the last 10 years.

8. Help Facility: In case of any problem in filling up the form, payment of fee or in downloading of Admit
Card, queries may be made through [email protected] Do not forget to mention the
correct recruitment/post applied for in the subject of the mail.

9. Separate form:
(i) Candidate have to fill separate form for separate posts, if interested in more than one post.

11. Screening test of the candidates may be conducted if the number of candidates will be more for a
particular post.

12. Computer Literacy test, subjective test and Language proficiency test may be conducted along with
practical.

LSB 2025-26

Guidelines for the Conduct of the LSB

1. Qualification Criteria. The requisite qualifications are: -


(a) Educational/Professional Qualification: -

Note:
(i) In addition to the minimum aggregate percentage mentioned in the table above a candidate
should have scored no less than 50% marks in each of the subjects in which they have
graduated/post-graduated. Detailed mark sheets will be scrutinized during the interview.

(ii) CTET/TET is not mandatory for appearing in the Online Screening Test. However, CTET/TET
conducted by Centre/state government is mandatory at the time of appointment as TGTs/PRTs in the
REGULAR and FIXED TERM category. Therefore, candidates must ensure that they clear CTET/TET
before their appointment as TGTs/PRTs. Candidates who have not qualified CTET/TET but found fit
in all other aspects may be considered for appointment on vacancies which may be ADHOC in nature.

(iii) Candidates are required to ensure that they at least fulfill NCTE rules, regulations and
notifications for minimum qualifications, KV Sangathan recruitment rules and regulations and
Appendix- VII of CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws 2018.

(iv) Aggregate percentage will be based on the marks for the entire duration of Graduation/Post
Graduation.

(b) PRTS. Graduates with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.E.Ed)/B. Ed in


Elementary education with minimum 50% marks in each. CTET/State TET qualified.

Note: -
1. The candidate who has qualified as B.Ed and not D.El.Ed would have to undergo a
six month bridge course in elementary education from an institution recognized by the
NCTE within the period of probation (two years).
2. No specific academic qualification is laid down for activity teachers. Their selection
will be subject to suitability based on experience and knowledge as assessed by the
Selection Board. Good communication skills in English is mandatory.
3. For teachers being appointed on vacancies that may arise during the course of the
academic year ('Adhoc' appointments) the above said QR would be preferred QR and
not mandatory QR.

b. Basic computer application course of Army/Diploma in computer applications of
not less than one year duration.
c. Knowledge of double entry system of accounting, excel sheet and accounting
software.
d. Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accounts Clerk in the Defense
Services/reputed organization.
3. Upper Division Clerk a. B.com or fifteen years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen). Computer
Literate (MS Office, Tally etc.)
b. Computer savvy (12000 Key depression per hour). Knowledge of
relevantsoftware application used by schools.
c. 5 Year experience as a clerk or an accounts clerk in a reputed organization;
preferably a school.
4. Lower Division Clerk a. Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex-servicemen). Computer
literate.
b. Knowledge of computer MS Office (speed 12000 key depression per hour).
Basic Knowledge of accounting.
5. Librarian B.Lib Science or Graduate with diploma in Library Science for a recognized institute
and computer literacy with minimum three year experience.
6. Computer Lab Minimum 10+2 with one-year Diploma in Computer Science and knowledge of
Technician Hardware, Peripherals, and Networking.
7. Para-medics 10+2 and diploma in nursing with a minimum five year of experience. A female
Paramedic should be given preference.
8. Laboratory
Attendant Biology 10+2 with science and computer literate

9. Coaches Degree/Diploma/certificate in specific sport coaching (NIS Qualified)
