Conduct Toolbox meeting, review the

analysis to all personnel involved in the
work activities.
Responsible person will conduct
inspection, monitor the work activities
and have to ensure safety standards and
procedures are strictly adhered to.
2 Proper cleaning of weld Pinch point Ensure to wear proper PPE while
joint (Power brush) Hand Injury cleaning the weld joint with power
brush.
Ensure that all the protruding welds /
Sharp edges shall be removed and
wear proper PPE specially gloves.
3 Applying white contrast Improper inhalation while Ensure that while applying contrast
paint (MSDS) working in close area. paint don’t stay opposite direction of
Skin Irritation wind flow.
Eye irritation Ensure to wear mask while applying
contrast paint.
Fire
Ensure that clean water is placed near
Working with out permit
by. Incase of contact with skin wash
off with water.
Incase of contact with eyes rinse
thoroughly with plenty of water and
seek medical advice.
Ensure that fire extinguisher shall be
placed at the time of activity.
Operations NFHWP shall be obtained
from BHPB
4 Placing of hand yoke Unapproved equipment Ensure that E & P checked and tagged
Electric shock the equipment prior to mobilization
Joint in cable Ensure that the equipment is
calibrated and certificate is attached.
Ensure that there shall be no joint
present in the
Supply Cable.
