08/21/23 Stephen L. Petrillo presided over the proceeding, after reading the affidavit, and dismised
matter, with prejudice at that time.
(04/08/24 L. Grace Spencer presided ovor tho mattor, but was not aware of the previous hearing not
tuling until | informed her, and she upheld the previous ruling, dismissing with prejudi
10/25/24 | did not attend, as the matter had been dismissed with prejudice, the first and second tim
and Lisa M. Audubato issued an order of ejectment, ordering me to leave the property by 11/04/24.

Was anyone else involved? Who else saw what happened?)
| have been dealing with a lot of anxiety, waiting and anticipating the county sheriff, coming to
eject me until a couple of weeks ago, when | received an email, showing that Lisa M.
Audubato, had never even scheduled a hearing date for the proceeding, although | had
‘mailings from the plaintiff's attorney stating that | had to be in court on October 25th,2024.
Last week, | called the judge's chambers and request to speak to the judge, just to confirm if
indeed she had set a court date, and that she had issued the order of ejectment. For Lisa M.
‘Audubato to issue an order of ejectment.at that time, would in truth and in fact made me a
homeless veteran, and be a crime against humanity
