ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identity & Access Management Operations:
● Working on New hire, Deactivation, and Migration requests. Active Directory User Creation and
roles restriction, Security group adding.
● Good knowledge of Active Directory function, administration and policy controls, and Domain ID
creation in the Active Directory server through PowerShell scripts
● Shared mailbox creation and managing, Distribution list creation and managing.
● Working knowledge of Role Based Access concepts and their use in licensing, permissions, and
administration.
● Over 1.5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ Development workflow solutions. Design &
develop Security Roles, Authorizations and User Administration for integrated applications in
SailPoint.
● Good understanding and experience in building and Configuring SailPoint in-built tasks like
aggregation, ID refresh and correlation. Hands-on with aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules and
roles. Hands-on with Role Policy Management, Applications Onboarding
ArcSight Operations:
● Managing day-to-day ArcSight SIEM operations Tracking the partner's network using the SIEM tool
Splunk, ArcSight Integrating new devices and servers with ArcSight.
● Creating filters, active lists, dashboards, and scheduling reports. creating rules and alerts and
setting them to trigger on the mailbox.
● Monitoring ArcSight dashboard, Azure Sentinel, Force point DLP & Cofense email Phishing
protection.
● Daily ArcSight reports and alerts analysis, Firewall, IPS, Windows, Unix etc. checking for findings
of any false positive or true positive incidents and updating the tracker.
● Raising true positive incidents to respective stack holders and taking appropriate actions
● Blocking suspicious and poor reputed IPs on the Firewall Pulling and analyzing logs for the
investigation cases
● Generating report Event count, Health check & Weekly reports and sending to stack holders for
audit purpose
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
● Basic Networking concepts & knowledge of systems and servers.
● Good understanding of the OSI Model, IP addresses and classes of IP Address.
● Knowledge of Networking concepts and Networking protocols. Networking Devices: Hub,
Switch, and Router.
