Step 1 Download Appen Task

· IOS System: Search Appen Task from the


Apple Store, download and install it.

· Android System: Search Appen Task


from the Android Store or click the link
below, download and install it.

Step 2 Use Appen Task

Click Appen Task App and enter.

Step 3 Login

Click "Login".

Step 4 Input account information

· Choose "Account & Password"


· Input your email
· Input your password
· Click "Login"

Step 5 Accept project

· Click "Task"
· Click "Pending"
· Click "Collection Job"
· Select the project (Wakeword
recording - German & English) and
click "Accept"

Step 6 Execute project

· Click "Working"
· Click "Collection Job"
· Find “Wakeword recording -
German & English”
· Select the project and click "Execute"

Read Recoding Introduction.

Step 8 Signature

Read the License Letter, if you agree,


please click the red button for online
signature.

Step 9 Submit signature

After signing, please click "√" to submit.

Step 10 Input personal information

· Input "age" information


· Input "gender" information
· Click "√" button

Step 11 Start recording

· If there is no error in your recording,
you can submit it, click "√" button to

The blue word is the one that should be recorded

brackets for the speed at which you

Step 13 Submit

· Confirm the number of this project, it


should be 103.

· Confirm all pictures have been finished,


click "Submit and Close".

Note: DO NOT close this APP until


all data are uploaded.

Please note that Leading slice and Trailing slice should be left more than 0.3 seconds,
that means there should be at least 0.3 seconds of blank sound before and after
speaking. If the above signs appear, you need to click Rerecord before submitting the
recording, otherwise the recording cannot be submitted.
