150 ml liquid milk
150 ml liquid whip cream
2 tsp gelatin powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
sugar to taste
Preparation
Steps
Take 50 ml of liquid milk,
dissolve the powdered gelatin
until it expands.
In a saucepan, cook the
remaining milk, melted whip
cream and sugar until
dissolved and fine bubbles
form on the edge of the pan
over low heat. Then turn off
the fire.
Mix with gelatin mixture, stir
until smooth. Pour into a
container / cup and
refrigerate. Wait about 2 hours
for it to set.
