Position: Intern (Software Development) – for an initial 6 months and then based on performance
Associate Software Engineer
Experience: Fresher
Internship Duration: 06 Months
Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 11,000/- Per Month.
Approx. Package Post Internship: Based on performance during the internship, with a potential
CTC of Rs. 4,50,000 PA
Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type: Work From Office: Compulsory, with a possibility of a hybrid model post-PPO acceptance
as per company policy.

• A passout or pursuing graduation or post-graduation in BE/BTech/ MCA (Computer Science and
Engineering (CSE)/ Information Technology (IT)/ Artificial Intelligence/ Data Science/ Machine Learning
(ML)/ Cyber Security/ Internet of Things (IoT) OR Branches related to Computer Science ONLY)
• Pass out the Year 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
• Percentage: 65 % in Graduation OR Post Graduation
Skills Required:
❖ Excellent Communication Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you
collaborate well with your team and clients
❖ The ability to solve problems for the job calls for tackling real-world digital problems.
❖ A strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and become a rockstar coder.
❖ Basic knowledge of coding, because, well, you’re going to be a professional software engineer!

Recruitment Process:
1. Applications Filtering: Based on academic record (percentage/branches/pass outyear),
profiles will be shortlisted.
2. Online Group Discussion 1 : Virtual meeting on Zoom or Google Meet
3. Online Group Discussion 2: A group discussion is a collaborative conversation among
candidates where they discuss a given topic, allowing the interviewers to assess their
communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
4. Online Technical Round Level 1: The L1 Technical Interview is an initial technical assessment
focused on evaluating the candidate's fundamental knowledge and expertise in relevant
technical areas for the internship role.
5. Online Technical Round Level 2: The L2 Technical Interview is a more in-depth technical
evaluation, often conducted by senior experts, to assess the candidate's advanced skills and
problem-solving abilities within the specific field of the internship.
6. Communication round (Final HR Round and Offer): The communication round assesses
candidates' verbal communication skills. This round is crucial for determining their ability to
articulate thoughts clearly and effectively

Responsibility:
❖ Participate in a structured training program focused on technical tracks.
❖ Participate in workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions designed to enhance technical skills
and promote creative thinking.
❖ Write, test, and maintain code that adheres to high-quality standards and follows best practices for
scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Important Note:
This internship program is designed to provide an invaluable experience for professional growth. While
full-time placement is not guaranteed, Coditas may offer outstanding performers a full-time position with
a package of Rs. 4.5 LPA. This offer is subject to the management's decision and the candidate's
performance during the internship.
