Terms and Conditions:
1. Renewable Energy products are exempted from Withholding Taxes {S.R.O Ref.
#575 (1)}.
2. Price may vary upon fluctuation in currency exchange rate of USD/Euro.
3. It is the responsibility of client to provide 3phase input at inverter locations.
4. PV module size and make may vary upon availability at the time of confirmation
order.
5. Payment Terms: 70% advance, 20% on product delivery & 10% on
commissioning.
6. Delivery: Within 2-3 days, after receipt of confirmation against advance amount.
7. The completion period for the entire project will be 3-4 days from
the date of receipt of advance payment.
8. Panels Warranty: 15 years product, 30 years linear performance
warranty Inverter Warranty: 5 Years (standard).
9. Validity: Price quoted is valid for 4 days from date of this document.
NETMETERING: JAPSTON ENERGIES (Pvt.) Ltd.is an authorized EPC company by
AEDB/Alternative Energy Development Board (Government of Pakistan) for Net
Metering. JAPSTON ENERGIES (Pvt.) Ltd will assist in net metering processes with
your local utility providing company.
