RESOLUTION NO. 01-2023
A RESOLUTION CONCURRING AND CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
RACHELLA M. PERALEJA AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF
BARANGAY CAMPIYAK SAN SEBASTIAN, SAMAR.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sec. 7 of RA 10742, The SK Chairperson shall, with the concurrence
of the majority of all the SK Members, appoint from among the members of the KK, a Secretary
and Treasurer.
WHEREAS, The SK Chairperson, HON. SHIRLEY M. CABORAL, appointed RACHELLA
M. PERALEJA as the SK Treasurer of Barangay Campiyak pursuant to the above-mentioned
provision having all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications.
WHEREAS, The appointment was submitted to the Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan, Brgy.
Campiyak, in its first meeting on November 27, 2023 for deliberation and concurrence.
WHEREAS, Ms. RACHELLA M. PERALEJA possesses all the qualifications for a
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.
NOW THEREFORE, On Motion of Hon. Anabell M. Pagliawan, duly seconded by Hon.
Aizen T. Latorre.
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, To concur and confirm the appointment of
RACHELLA M. PERALEJA as the SK Treasurer of Barangay Campiyak San Sebastian,
Samar.
APPROVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the appointee, the
DILG City/Municipality Local Government Operations Office, and the Local Youth
Development Office of San Sebastian Samar, for their information record.
