THE PENINSULA YANGON PROJECT
The Peninsula Yangon, a beacon of luxury and elegance. This
project is a testament to BYMA’s commitment to preserving
cultural heritage while pushing the boundaries of innovation. The
former headquarters of the Burma Railway Company is being
meticulously restored and transformed into a world-class hotel,
set to redefine the hospitality scene in Myanmar.
Position: Structural Site Engineer (Jan 2018 – Dec 2019)
As a Structural Site Engineer, I was instrumental in driving
project success through meticulous quality control and
effective collaboration. I ensured the highest standards in
material usage and workmanship, leading to flawless
operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. My role was
pivotal in transforming blueprints into reality, contributing to
the skyline of tomorrow.

Position: Decoration Site Engineer

Kanbae Tower, a landmark in Yangon, Myanmar, offers a blend of modern
living spaces and top-notch facilities, nestled amidst the city’s prime amenities.
As a Decoration Site Engineer, I spearheaded strategic planning and contract
management, ensuring the project’s aesthetic and financial success. My role was
pivotal in transforming client visions into reality, contributing to the tower’s
appeal and functionality.

Times City is a luxurious complex in Yangon, Myanmar.
It offers Grade A Office Towers, Residences, Serviced
Apartments, and shopping malls. The complex also
includes a cinema, sports complex, gym, gardens,
swimming pool, and dining options. Located near
downtown and major hospitals, it’s just 20 minutes from
Yangon International Airport.
Position: Installation Site Enginner (Jan 2022 – Jul 2022)
As an Installation Site Engineer at Times City, I was in
charge of preparing construction specifications and
design documentation, supervising all subcontractors,
and assisting with monthly progress claims and reports.
My role ensured the smooth execution and successful
completion of the project.

ESPLANADE-THEATRE ON THE BAY
During my tenure at the Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, one of
the world’s most active arts centres, I was part of a pivotal project.
This initiative aimed to modernize the Esplanade’s 20-year-old
infrastructure, ensuring its relevance and functionality for the next
decade and beyond. Collaborating with Theatreplan and a
dedicated contractor, we successfully implemented Specialist
Systems Designs and oversaw the construction process. This
experience, contributing to the Esplanade’s continuous pursuit of
excellence, is a highlight of my professional journey.
Position: BIM Coordinator- Part Time
(Nov 2023 - Present)
As a BIM Coordinator since November 2023, I’ve overseen
BIM processes, developed execution plans, utilized BIM
software for 3D modeling, and facilitated coordination
meetings. I’ve also managed project coordination tasks,
communicated with stakeholders, and provided valuable
insights to project teams.

local training center, laying the groundwork for what would become a
