Application:
Perimeter Inset lights are one of the most important safety features on helipad. They are used to mark and
illuminate the FATO (Final Approach Take-Off) and TLOF (Touchdown Lift-Off) as well as to help the pilot to
locate the helipad and safety land during night operations and bad weather conditions.

The HL-IL Light is used for heliport and small airport applications where an inset light is required. The light is
an omni-directional steady burning light. The light uses long life LEDs and may be relamped without removing
the fixture from its mounting base. The light is prewired with cable that enters via a watertight compression
fitting.
