Dear [Supervisor's Name],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a change in my current work schedule, as I am
finding it difficult to manage with my current hours.

At the moment, I am working from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. While I enjoy the work, I am facing challenges
balancing my job with some personal responsibilities, especially in the evenings.

I would like to propose a new schedule where I start at 8:00 a.m. and finish at 5:00 p.m. This adjustment
would allow me to manage my personal time better while still completing all my tasks at work.

I believe this change could benefit the company as well, as I feel I will be more focused and productive
during the earlier hours of the day. It may also help with team collaboration since I can align my tasks better
with others.

Thank you for considering my request. I would be happy to discuss this further.

Best regards

Sample 5. Write a formal letter to a local government official about the need for more recycling bins
in your neighborhood.

Write a letter in an appropriate style with at least 150 words.

In your letter:

· Current availability of recycling bins in the area.

· The importance of recycling for the community and the environment.

· Request for additional recycling bins and their strategic placement.

Dear Official's Name,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as a resident of Your Neighborhood/Community Name.
I want to discuss the need for more recycling bins in our area. Currently, there are only a few recycling bins
located in common areas. This makes it hard for many people to recycle properly.

Recycling is very important for our community and the environment. It helps reduce waste and keeps our
neighborhood clean. When we recycle, we save energy and resources. This can lead to a healthier planet
for future generations.

I kindly request that you consider adding more recycling bins in our neighborhood. It would be helpful to
place them in popular spots like parks, near schools, and busy streets. More bins would encourage residents
to recycle more often.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I believe that together we can make our community cleaner
and greener.
