Before we dive into the session, I would like to express my


appreciation for your initiative in wanting to make positive
changes in your life. I have compiled a collection of mind-
blowing facts and routines that can potentially help you
reach the top 5 percent of the population. I hope these tips
will bring about a significant change in your lifestyle. It's
important to note that you may not find all of these tips in
one place, so I hope you can appreciate the value of the
facts presented in this guide.

In today's fast-paced world, striving for personal growth and


success is a common aspiration. By taking the time to explore
these game-changing tips, you are demonstrating a proactive
mindset and a genuine desire for self-improvement. Remember,
transforming your lifestyle and achieving extraordinary results
requires dedication, consistency, and an open mind. Embracing

monetizable solution. Sell it, and make money.
 Control what you can control: some things you can't
control, but you can always control how you react to it.
Staying calm is a superpower of the strong.
 Focus on small improvements every day.
 You don’t have to do everything at once, just aim to make
progress little by little
 Use Pomodoro technique
 You embrace consistency and discipline, not motivation
and self-help books.
 You let people win arguments on purpose to conserve your
mental health.
 You don't allow pain to destroy you. Instead, you build
strength from the pain.

 Protect who is behind you, and respect who is beside you.
 Don't take out your phone during a conversation.
 Never take credit for work you didn't do.
 Dress well no matter what the occasion.
 Improve your mental diet.
 Everything changes when you realise your diet isn't just
what you eat.
 It's what you watch, what you read, who you follow and
who you spend your time with.
 If your goals is to have a healthier mind, start by removing
the junk food from your diet.
 Knowing when to stay quiet will save you a lot of trouble,
money and mental problems. Learn this skill.
 Make your life 100% your responsibility. Don't blame your
parents, circumstances or anyone for your misery.
 Some people love you but won't tell you. Sometimes
people will tell that they love you but won't show it.
 Choose your friends Wisely
 Do your best & trust the process ( The harder you work,
the luckier you will get )
 Stop telling people everything
 Don’t let anyone disrespect you
 Respect your parents
 Always be Honest
 Take more Risks
 Never Stop Learning
 If you can’t write 2 pages, write 1, If you can’t workout 60
minutes, workout 20, If you can’t meditate 20 minutes,
meditate 5, Reinforce the habit of showing up.
 If you’re a nerd, lift weights
 If you’re jacked, read Books
 Drink Enough water, Avoid too much sugar
 Avoid Excessive Drinking
 Avoid eating processed foods on regular basis
 Get enough sleep
 Don’t sit for a long period of Time
 Never compare yourself to others, instead work on yourself
 Minimize your Screen Time
 Keep your faith larger than your fears
 Don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right
 Don’t be afraid to spend some time alone
 Let go of things that you can’t control

 If you feel sad you need vitamin D so get some sunlight.
 If you have a headache you need sodium so drink some
cucumber juice
 If you feel weak you need zinc so eat a mango
 If you wake up feeling tired you need potassium so drink
some coconut water
 If you can’t sleep then you need magnesium so eat an
avocado
 If you have low energy you need iron so eat some raisins
 Get Regular Blood Test Every six months or atleast once in
a year

This compilation is a culmination of various sources


spanning several years, encompassing not only external
knowledge but also incorporating my personal thoughts. It is
my hope that this guide will assist you in resolving any
challenges or issues you may be currently facing.
