the mornings, it is usually sleepy so that you can enjoy running, and the air is also fresh. I
also enjoy watching the breathtaking views of surrounding areas.
Additionally, I sometimes play football with my friends. We have formed a habit of playing
it every singly week in the evenings. Not only does it help me to stay fit but it also helps
me to lift my spirits, because my friends are really funny, they make me laugh with their
witty remarks.
