Your target audience(customers) refers to the specific group of consumers most likely to want your
product or service, and therefore, the group of people who should see your ad campaigns. Target
audience may be dictated by age, gender, income, location, interests or a myriad of other factors.
Identifying your audience allows your business to focus marketing efforts on the groups that are most
likely to buy from you. That way, you are generating business leads in an efficient, affordable manner.
Studying and understanding your target customers serves as a guide in creation of a suiting website.
2. Give customers what they want:
Not what's important to you. Not what you think should be important to them. What is important to
them. To figure out what aspects of your service or product is on demand or needed. One of the best
ways to give customers what they want is by curating the shopping experience to customers'
preferences, buying habits, and real-time behaviors.

A website should be designed so that it's easily navigable – meaning that its navigation should work like
a map or like a signpost. It should help visitors better understand the site's content and the best way to
get around. Not being able to easily navigate a website, frustrates users and often causes them to leave
