1. I/We shall place Security/ EOI Amount with the Company at the time of offering the Expression of Interest. The
cheque shall be in favour of:
2. I/ We understand and agree that this EOI expresses my/our desire to conduct business in your projects and the same
does not amount to booking/ sale/ allotment or does not create any right or any kind of interest whatsoever in my
favour in respect of any unit or the project or any part thereof, notwithstanding the fact that the Company may have
issued any document/ receipt / acknowledgement.
3. In the event, upon engaging in discussions and negotiations, the parties agree to conduct business, I/We agree to
sign and execute all necessary documents and complete all formalities including but not limited to execution of

agreements, affidavits, undertakings, deeds etc. and unequivocally agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid
down therein.
4. I/We understand and agree that the validity of this EOI shall be subject to realization of the Security/ EOI amount
tendered by me/us with this EOI and completion of other formalities/compliances of the agreed terms and
conditions.
5. I/We understand that the Company shall refund the Security/EOI amount, without interest on happening of any of the
following:
(i) where the Company suo-moto desires so; or
(ii) where business is not conducted/commenced without assigning any reason thereof.
I/we understand and agree that the Company shall have no other liability of any kind whatsoever except refund of the
amounts as aforesaid to me/us.
6. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject this EOI, at its sole discretion at any stage & without assigning
any reason for the same. The EOI form and the terms thereof shall supersede all the prior discussion and
correspondences (written or otherwise).
7. No third-party payments shall be made by we/us or accepted by Company.
8. I/ We the Applicants(s) do hereby solemnly affirm & declare that the above-mentioned particulars / information
given by me/us are true & correct and nothing has been concealed therefrom.
9. All direct and indirect taxes, government or statutory charges including but not limited to income tax, TDS, GST,
authority dues, lease rent and stamp duty/ registration charges etc. will always be payable by me/ us.
10. That in the event this EOI is not found workable or void due to any law, the same shall stand cancelled and liability
of the Company shall be limited to return the amount to me/us without interest.
DECLARATION
I/We, the Applicant(s), do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that the above-mentioned particulars / information given
by me/us are true and correct and nothing has been concealed there from. I/We declare that the above terms and
condition have been read/ understood and the same are acceptable to me/us. I/We sought detailed explanations and
clarifications from the Company and the Company has readily provided such explanations, and clarifications and after
giving careful consideration to all fact, terms and condition, I/we have signed the EOI and paid the Security/EOI
amount which shall be considered toward business transactions or returned to me/us without any interest. Acceptance
and/or rejection of this EOI is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. I/we further undertake and assure the
Company that I/we do not have any right, title, interest or lien by entering into this EOI or against any unit in relation to
the said projects or any part thereof. If any other person has signed this EOI form on my/our behalf, then he shall be
presumed to be duly authorized by me/us through proper authorization/power of attorney/resolution etc.
