HR and Digital Media Management Intern

systems using state-of-the-art AI technologies. Our founding team is composed of seasoned technologists
and inventors, each with a track record of building global product portfolios valued in the billions. We have
been engaged deeply with Universities across India and mentored/guided 100s of interns/new college
grads in our prior roles. We have established strong engineering teams with experienced technology
leadership globally. We will share our experiences and expedite your learning process.

workplace. We're seeking a driven and creative intern to support our HR and digital media efforts on
LinkedIn, helping us attract top talent and strengthen our brand visibility. This role involves close
collaboration with the world-class engineering team and visionary Founders. As an intern, you will have
the opportunity to work on supporting real-world projects. You will gain hands-on experience with various
technologies and tools, process knowledge enhancing your HR system, Digital Marketing and problem-
solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Setting Up and Managing HR Systems
Create, implement, and document HR processes and systems (Zoho HR Suites).
Manage onboarding and recruitment tools. Maintain a database of candidates, resumes, and
employee records.
2. Employer Brand and Visibility on LinkedIn
Create engaging and consistent LinkedIn content to enhance employer branding.
Develop campaigns to highlight company culture, employee stories, and workplace achievements.
Monitor and report analytics to track engagement and the impact of LinkedIn efforts on brand
visibility.
3. Driving the Recruiting Funnel
Collaborate with Founding team to define and execute recruitment strategies.

Actively manage job postings and LinkedIn advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Provide initial screening, manage communication and create engagement with potential hires and
promote the company as an employer of choice.
Key Outcomes Expected:
1. HR systems and processes fully implemented and operational.
2. A noticeable improvement in LinkedIn engagement metrics (followers, reach, and impressions).
3. A streamlined recruiting funnel with timely onboarding of quality candidates.
Who You Are
A passionate individual who is creative, go getter and self-driven. (this is super important)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR operations, talent acquisition, and digital media management.
Proficient in LinkedIn and familiar with its tools for recruiting and branding.
Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
