The foundation of a successful business is having a comprehensive list that gives the business a clearly defined target. The owners built the business with the objectives that follows: © To introduce our product to the public As launching a business, the product must be open to all to be to encourage trial and usage of the product and increase brand awareness. * To provide a good customer service Providing a good customer service helps to retain clients. Keeping them happy is the primary objective of putting up a business. * To gain profit Maintaining profitability means having a good business. Focusing on both productions and operations to make the most profit possible. * To maintain financing Having the ability to finance operations in a small business means having the preparation to a large business finance. Key Success Factors Key success factors are defined as the basic planning, design, and implementation of the way in which products and services will be presented to consumers to result in successful sales. The purpose of key success factors is to inspire our marketing and sales team to a more robust business bottom line through incentives. Thus, the information we have gathered are the following that we considered to be the key ‘success factors: © Price Dainty Desserts: Waffle and Ice Cream Parlor is providing our consumers with safety and healthy foods that they will enjoy at an affordable price. We assure that the price we charge on our product range will fit in with our target customer's budget. The real thing that our consumers are looking for is not convenient food but tasty food that is convenient, or tasty food that is perceived as healthy, or tasty food at a great price, * Variety of Food This is one of the factors that need to be consider in building up a business. The Dainty Desserts: Waffle and Ice Cream Parlor offers a varieties of desserts which includes the waffle, ice cream and coke float. We determine these as our costumer’s choice so that they can afford to buy our products. * Store Ambiance This matters to the customers. It will used to create an image to attract your customers to buy on your products. Customers not only care about how a store looks and feels, but they're also likely to make purchasing decisions based on the ambiance of the establishments they patronize. So, we attract new customers and retain existing ones, take pride in how our business looks and maintaining a clean and orderly store. It plays an important role in attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. A customer would never purchase anything from a store which is not clean. Foul smell irritates individuals and thus they leave in no time. Play soulful music for a positive effect on the customers and the store should be well lit and ventilated for the customers to enjoy their shopping. * Customer Service It is important to provide good customer service; to all types of customers, including potential, new and existing customers. It's how you interact with your customers. Improving your customer service skills can lead to greater customer satisfaction and a more enjoyable experience for them. Customers who receive excellent service will improve the bottom line of our business by returning our with repeat business and retaining an existing customer costs significantly less, both in terms of marketing and maintenance, than landing a new one. * Food Taste The taste of our products will remain to our customers. The sweetness of ice cream and wonderful taste of our snacks will get an impact of what the customers will choose from our varieties of desserts that will surely they enjoy with reasonable price. Company Profile and Logo DAINTY DESSERTS. A combination of waffle and ice cream parlor. Since both of our meals were desserts that are delicate, we named our business, Dainty Desserts. When we say dainty, it is marked by delicate or diminutive beauty, form, or grace since. We attractively prepare and serve our desserts to our customers to satisfy not just their craving but also their sight. The customer's choice is our priority. This will give an exciting feeling towards the customer because of the catchy experience. We know and we assure that our desserts do taste good and have its own unique taste and delicacy that will make our customers buy to us continually. So what are you waiting for? We started ‘to build up and complete our business plan and conduct a feasibility study. We began to make a research and development on our business and started to find location to build our main branch. August 2018, we started to canvass and purchase the materials and equipment for our facilities until the month of September 2018. After all the process that we made, in September 26, 2018 we finally decided to open up our business, our business will operate for the MMC Entrepreneurship Week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. As early as 7:00 am, we will open our shop. At least 3 personnel will start to operate the business, preparing the machine, equipment, materials to be used. One will act as the cashier, one will be the twirler or cook and one to serve the customers. Waffle and Ice cream will be serve anytime, Coke float is only available from 10:00 am to 12:00 nn and from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. As the lunch time goes by, another personnel will take place as the others eat their lunch. After that, the servings is continued, we can serve a combo ice cream with waffle together with our business partner. Our business for entrepreneurship will last for four days Wednesday - Saturday. The overall expenses that we spent and the money that we receive are recorded by our treasurer. B. Flow of Orders Cena irs WAFFLE Falling in Line. There will be two lines for the customer, the first one is the line to order and the second one is the line to serve the order, the customer will go to the first line to pay what they purchased. Taking of Order. While on the line, there will be our staff approaching them to get their order, they will receive a paper stated their purchased order. Proceed to Cashier. On the cashier, the customer will give the paper and pay for the purchased they order. Twirling of Ice Cream. The customer will wait at least 2 minutes to prepare the ice cream. Preparing the Waffle. The customer will also wait at least 2 minutes for the Waffle to prepare. Serving. After the customer pay for the order, they will go to the second line and wait to serve it. MARKETING PLAN A.
