Schmoll’s Place, Santa Catalina, Negros Oriental.
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event, we will secure parental consent for all
participating students and request the assistance of barangay tanods to manage security at the
venue. We believe that this event will not only provide a vibrant cultural experience but also
foster camaraderie, celebrates school spirit, and provides a safe and enjoyable environment for
all learners to socialize, celebrate achievements, and create lasting memories.
We kindly request your approval for this event and the necessary permissions to move forward
with our preparations. Your support in promoting this event within the school community would
also be greatly appreciated.
