GENERAL RULES
1. Participants must bring their college ID cards without which they will not be permitted inside
auditorium.
2. Participants can participate in any number of events as long as event timing are not clashing.
3. Vulgarity in any form is not encouraged and will lead to direct disqualification.
4. Decision of the judge will be final and binding.
5. First come first serve basis.
6. Costume for all events should be appropriate.
7. Car parkings are not allowed.
8. If you lose any of your belonging it is not the responsibility of the college or the core team
conducting the event.
9. The registration fees mentioned is per participant.
10. Registeration fee will differ from event to event.
11. On spot registration is available only for certain events as per the availability of slots. Only one
member per team should register.
12. Online registration will be closed by 11.02.2025, 9 pm.
13. dg participants are allowed based upon the availability of slots. ( first come first serve basis ) -
only on spot registrations are available for dg students.
ON-STAGE EVENTS
 OPEN MIC
MIC
1. This is a solo event; team entries are not permitted.
2. This event provides participants with an opportunity to showcase their talents using a
mic. Performances may include poetry, singing, mimicry, or other expressive acts.
3. All participants must complete the registration process before the event commences.
Late registrations will not be accepted.
4. Each participant is allotted a maximum of TWO (2) minutes. Exceeding this limit will
result in immediate disqualification.
5. The use of vulgarity, offensive language, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of this rule will lead to disqualification.
6. The judge’s decisions are final and binding. No appeals or challenges will be
entertained.

 CORPORATE WALK
1. Each team must have 6 to 8 members.
2. The maximum time limit for each performance is 5 minutes. Teams exceeding this limit
will be disqualified.
3. Accessories are permitted, but props will not be provided by the college.
4. Parking inside the college premises is not allowed for participants.
5. Failure to comply with any rule or the use of vulgarity in any form will result in
immediate disqualification.
6. The judges’ decision is final and binding, with no scope for appeals.
7. Audio/music must be submitted in MP3 format by 5:00 PM on 12.02.2025. Late submissions
will not be accepted.
