I. CRITERIA

Architectural Solution
The Group was able to Provide Architectural Solutions with Innovative
Approaches, Shows Mastery in Space Planning, Site Planning with 30%
Considerations with the Location, and other Elements that affects Site Planning,
Designing with Legal Considerations, Presentation of Ideas, Concepts that brings
the totality of the Building Design that considers Firmitas, Utilitas, and Venustas.
Knowledge in Building Technology
The Group was able to Provide Solutions in General Construction Methods and
was able to specify Construction Concepts applied to their proposed design. This 30%
shall show the use of Construction Methods from Substructure, Superstructure,
with Consideration of the Correct Allotments to Vertical and Horizontal Spaces in
relation to Architectural Requirements of the Building.
Use of Alternative Building Materials
The Group was able to integrate the use of Alternative Building Materials as
prescribed in the Problem. Which includes the use of I-Beams, Pre-Cast Concrete, 30%
Pre-Cast Walls, Curtain Walls, and any other Alternative Building Materials that
shows innovation in designing High-Rise Buildings.
Presentation Technique
The group was able to present properly with completeness, dilligence, good faith,
commitment and with Confidence. It includes detailed presentation, readable, 10%
coherence, consistency, and with the knowledge of the group to what they present,
their ability to explain and answer to the questions that was raised by the
presentor.
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA: Drawings/Plans without column grid call-outs,
unlabeled spaces and areas, and no reflected dimensions will have an automatic
deduction of 10-points (%) to their final Major Plate grade.
