CONTRACT AGREEMENT
(This Agreement is subject to the company’s registration under applicable laws)
This Fund Management Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on this __
day of ________, 20__ , by and between:
Oluwunmi Akintunde Bolutife (Acting as an Unregistered Forex/Hedge Fund
Manager)
Currently operating as a private individual offering forex/hedge fund management
services, based at Block 393, Plot 190, Flat 1, Iba Housing Estate, Ojo, Lagos
(hereinafter referred to as the "Manager"), and

_hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
The Manager agrees to provide forex trading/hedge fund management services
(the “Services”) to the Client by managing and investing the Client's funds in
accordance with the investment strategies, goals, and risk tolerances agreed upon
by both parties.
2. Client’s Investment
The Client agrees to deposit an initial investment of ________________
____________________________ (the "Investment") into a designated account
under the Manager's control, to be managed according to this Agreement.
Additional funds may be deposited at the Client's discretion, upon written notice
to the Manager.
3. Investment Strategy and Risk
The Manager will follow the agreed-upon investment strategy, which may include
forex trading, commodities, or hedge fund operations. The Client acknowledges
that all investments carry risk, including the risk of loss, and past performance is
not indicative of future results. The Manager makes no guarantees regarding
profits or losses.
4. Management Fees
In consideration of the Services, the Client agrees to the following fees:
Management Fee : 15% of the total funds under management, payable
[Monthly/Quarterly/Annually].
Performance Fee : 10% of profits generated from the Investment, payable on a
Quarterly basis.
These fees shall be automatically deducted from the Client’s account unless
otherwise agreed.
Reporting and Communication
The Manager will provide the Client with regular account statements, including
details on performance, profits, losses, and all relevant trading activities. Reports
will be sent Monthly via Email.
Duration and Termination
This Agreement will commence on the date of signing and will remain in effect
until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any
time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all assets and
investments will be liquidated and returned to the Client within 30 days, minus
any outstanding fees.
Confidentiality
The Manager agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information,
including personal data and investment details, except where disclosure is
required by law or with the Client’s written consent.
8. Liability
The Manager will manage the Client’s funds to the best of their ability but will not
be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of market fluctuations, unforeseen
events, or other factors beyond the Manager’s control.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be
resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled through
arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
10. Registration Acknowledgement
The Client acknowledges that the Manager’s forex/hedge fund company is
currently in the process of registration, and all services are provided under the
capacity of a private individual until the company is formally registered.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all previous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral,
relating to the subject matter hereof.
Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the
