MECHANICAL PENCILS/PEN A mechanical pencil/pen is a kind of writing instrument that has a
replaceable lead that extends automatically when the point
breaks out. Mechanical pencil/pen is used for creating precise
lines in engineering drawing and it has different size of lead
ranging from 0.3 to 0.7.

TECHNICAL PEN A technical pen is a pen used to create precise lines in technical
drawings. Technical pen uses permanent and unfading
waterproof ink with different nib sizes to produce lines with
different thickness.

T- SQUARE T- Square is a drawing tool used to draw horizontal lines and


right angles. It’s shaped like”T” with a long blade and a short
head. It is commonly used in engineering drafting, such as
architectural drawings.
TRIANGLE RULER Triangle ruler is a kind of tool used to draw lines and angles. It
can be used to draw vertical, horizontal, and angled lines.
Triangle ruler can be also used to draw angles from 30°, 60°,
90° angles and 45°-45°- and 90° angles.

STRAIGHT RULER Straight ruler is used in measuring and creating straight lines. It
has a straight edge used to guide pens, pencils and other
drawing tools .

TEMPLATE RULER Template ruler is used to draw shapes such as circle, square
polygons and etc. It can be also used to draw furniture layouts in
engineering drawing.It can be used for variety of purpose, from
drawing illustrations, patterns, and making architectural
framework.
FRENCH CURVES Used to draw smooth curves of different radii.It is a drawing tool
used in fashion design, illustration, and engineering drawings. It
can be made of plastic that features variety of curves.

ERASER Eraser is a rubber or any material that helps to remove


pencil/pen marks from the paper surface without daminging it.

DRAWING PAPER Drawing paper is a drawing material used for making drawings
such as engineering blueprints, sketches, and plans.
DRAWING TABLE It is a flat and adjustable surface used to support technical
drawings.It is often equipped with mechanims that help to secure
engineering materials and tools.

CANISTER Used to protect and support rolled-up drawings and is made of


durable materials often adjustable in length.

COMPASS Used to draw circle and arcs with a precise radii. It can be also
used in a variety of purpose, such as measuring distance in the
map and so on.
