AFFIDAVIT OF SPOUSAL CONSENT

I, Mrs. Kigathi holder of Identification Card/ Passport Number 333333 and of Post Office Box
Number 333333 do hereby solemnly declare as follows:-

1. THAT I am an adult of sound mind and hence competent and authorized to swear this
affidavit
2. THAT I am the sole spouse of Mr. Kigathi
3. THAT my said spouse is the registered proprietor of Title Number 22222 Nairobi
4. THAT pursuant to the Agreement for Sale dated 12/13/2025, my spouse is transferring
the Property to Ms. Nafula
5. THAT I acknowledge that I have been advised to take and have taken independent legal
advice regarding the nature and effect of the Transfer of the Property to the Transferee.
6. THAT neither my spouse nor the Transferee have used any compulsion or threat and no
undue influence has been used on me in order to swear and execute this affidavit of
consent.
7. THAT I hereby give my full consent to the registration of the Transfer in favour of the
Transferee in accordance with the Land Laws.
8. THAT I swear this Affidavit conscientiously believing the same to be true to the best of
my personal knowledge, belief and in accordance with the Oaths and Statutory
Declarations Act, Cap 15 Laws of Kenya.
