A. Technical documentation
A. 技术文件
All symbols on the equipment will be in English. We are responsible for providing the Buyer with a general
layout plan, electrical plan, installation orientation and manuals, in English.
设备上的所有符号均应为英文。我们负责向买方提供英文的总体布局图、电气图、安装方向和手册。
B.Arrangements for inspection, installation and testing of the equipment
B.设备检查、安装和测试安排
a.After all of the equipment is delivered to the customer’s factory, the Buyer shall be responsible for all
preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, cranes and labor, etc.
a. 所有设备运抵客户工厂后，买方应负责所有准备工作，例如电力供应、供水、起重机和劳动力等。
b. We will prepare visa applications for our engineers, who will assist in the equipment installation and testing
at the Buyer’s factory.

c. The Buyer will buy a round-trip air ticket for the engineer(s) after the visa application is approved. The Buyer
is responsible for all expenses generated, e.g. visa application fees, meals, accommodation and an allowance
of $100.00 per day for each engineer.

d. The engineer(s) will provide free training for the operators and maintenance people, in Buyer’s factory.

of lading, it will be accepted that all the equipment has been successfully tested and approved by the Buyer.

C.Quantity and quality guarantee
C. 数量和质量保证
a.In cases of quantity discrepancies or equipment damage, at the destination, the Buyer will file a claim within
30 days after the arrival of the goods at its destination. The insurance company and the shipping company will
be responsible for all discrepancies and damage caused by the shipping company or other transportation
companies.
a. 货物到达目的地后，如发生数量差异或设备损坏，买方应在货物到达目的地后30天内在目的地提出索赔。保
险公司和船运公司将负责所有由船运公司或其他运输公司造成的差异和损坏。
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months from the date of the bill of lading.
During this guarantee period, if there is a quality issue, we will provide spare parts without charge. If
malfunctions are caused by the Buyer’s improper operation of equipment, we will provide the Buyer with spare
parts at cost prices.
b.保修期及售后服务：自提单日起12个月。
在此保修期内，如出现质量问题，我们将免费提供备件。如果由于买方操作不当而导致设备故障，我们将以成本
价向买方提供备件。
c. Long-term service:
Beyond one year, we will provide the Buyer with spare parts at reasonable prices and provide long-term
technical guidance.

一年后，我们将以合理的价格向买方提供备件，并提供长期的技术指导。
D.Validity: Three months from the quotation date.
