a) Outline the characteristics of a good salesperson in real estate marketing. (10)


b) Explain the challenges faced by the Estate Agent Council in Zimbabwe in their quest to
ensure professionalism in the real estate marketing profession. (15) [25 marks]

a) Draw and explain the demand and supply curves of real estate property experienced in
the space market. (12)
b) Justify why the space market is regarded as highly segmented as compared to the asset

Examine the effectiveness of real property marketing strategies used by estate agents when
