II. Full text of the judgement

Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that In the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in
IBA/34/K08/2020 pending before the 1st Respondent National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi
Bench pending final disposal of the Writ Petition.

This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in
support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.JOSEPH KODIANTHARA SENIOR
ADVOCATE along with M/S.SHARAD JOSEPH KODIANTHARA & ISAAC THOMAS, Advocates for the
petitioner SRI.P.VIJAYAKUMAR, ASSISTANT SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA, for the
respondent 1, the court passed the following:

ORDER

Admit. The learned Assistant Solicitor General of India takes notice for 1st respondent. Issue notice
to 2nd respondent. There shall be a stay of all further proceedings in IBA/34/KOB/2020 pending
before the National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi.
